Developing a centralized services management system for Sharjah Asset Management Holding & its subsidiaries

Due to the decentralization of technologies, SAMH & its subsidiaries were facing challenges such as:

- Variations in yearly budgets.
- Inconsistent IT recommendations.

SAHAB analysed the environment of all concerned entities and proposed a centralized services management system that incoporated recommendations, streamlined management and regulated human resources.

Developing an online platform for the used car market (Souq Al Haraj)

CHALLENGE

Souq Al Haraj expressed an interest in providing an additional sales channel for the Souq Al Haraj tenants, in the form of a user-friendly platform that is web and mobile-enabled.

SOLUTION

SAHAB studied the needs and the business model of the tenant, to develop SHARRAI, a marketplace platform for IOS & android devices, that enhanced the used cars' buying & selling experience.

OUTCOME

The solution provided benefits such as:
- Easy accessibility & interaction between buyers & sellers.
- Providing Souq Al Haraj with greater control over tenant registrations, ad content etc.
- Generating reports for service improvement & future enhancement .

Developing a platform for Al Saja'a Industrial Oasis - ASIO (a Sharjah Asset Management Holding project)

Status

CHALLENGE

Stretching over an area of 14 million square feet, ASIO offers world-class infrastructure for industrial, retail, accomodation and other needs. ASIO required assistance with selling and marketing its 353 plots to UAE Nationals, GCC and Arab residents as freehold investments.

SOLUTION

To reach a wider range of investors, share information about the project, and to facilitate the selling-buying process, SAHAB recommended the creation of a user-friendly, comprehensive digital platform.

OUTCOME

The new platform helped the SAMH management to:
- Provide investors with easy access to the site plan and available provisions.
- Streamline sales requests & exchange of information.
